　　Ensures that a realistic timeline is created for the project following customer demands

　　Ensures timelines are maintained throughout the project and demonstrates the ability to prioritize jobs and work based on changes

　　Ensures that consistent follow-up with the sales team and manufacturing staff on process status

　　Coordinate prototype, including ordering of any specific materials needed

　　Demonstrates knowledge of status of project at any given point or phase of the project

　　Effectively coordinates shipping with customer

　　Demonstrates willingness and is available to assist with any customer support issues/concerns

　　Responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner

　　Communicates status of project with customer through all phases when requested
