Develops artifacts to be used be used in downstream SDLC phases. Leads technical resources during the Detailed Design and Development phase, leading the team from design to solution deployment. Coordinates technical aspects of deployment, including hardware environments, certification, and software deployment. Required Basic Qualifications: Additional Job Details:The (RSA Archer) Project Architect is responsible for co-leading work within or across end-to-end solution lifecycle. Provide in-depth knowledge of business needs, business processes, and corresponding solutions within the RSA Archer platform. Provide technical guidance in partnership with cross-organizational team members to ensure solutions align with architecture and IT strategy. Key contact to business, customer, and stakeholder groups for their respective domains, helping ensure business needs and corresponding value and risk are well represented. Essential Responsibilities Establish and maintain collaborative partnership with internal partners. Provide coaching and direction to less experienced team members. Support delivery lifecycle activities and ensure solutions are designed for great user experience and operational performance while developing RSA Archer solutions according to configuration and design standards. Facilitate delivery meetings and ceremonies. Lead analysis and design. Provide needed plans, demo's, artifacts, and procedural documentation, as well as build and execute test scripts. Ensure solutions are designed for stable operation across the RSA Archer enterprise platform. Continually assess health of on-premise RSA Archer platform and processes, driving action to avoid service disruption and minimize impacts. Drive alignment with stakeholders on maintenance activities and schedules. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field, or 4 years of experience equivalent to the position. Seven years of related functional experience. Demonstrated ability to recommend innovative solutions to meet business needs. Demonstrated in depth knowledge of end-to-end process and system capabilities, as well as industry standards and emerging technologies and methods regarding eGRC. Strong understanding of technical, functional, and operational details of respective solutions. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to build functional and technical subject matter expertise, process and tools expertise, and drive consistency in processes. Excellent Relationship Management and communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working as one team cross-organizationally to drive innovation and business results. Knowledge and experience with Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance best practices. Stay abreast of eGRC industry and technology trends, as well as RSA Archer releases to learn new functionality and best practices, to continuously improve solution delivery practices and customer satisfaction. RSA Archer module maintenance through configuration as well as development of on-demand applications and questionnaires Archer knowledge, including RSA Archer Use Cases. Archer On Prem design and configuration experience (4 years) Advanced workflow experience. Experience and capabilities to forecast Archer efforts Provide strategic analysis of business processes, manage RSA Archer work request queues A team player to help maintain Archer environments and infrastructure Maintain and implement data feeds for integrations as well as application to application feeds Maintaining Demo environment to keep it up to date with the latest use cases and pre-populating the data to accurately show Archers full capability. Experience defining scope and design prior to development/configuration. Requirements collection - Analysis skills to lea n and understand business processes and needs to gain a holistic perspective to connect all GRC teams Experience with agile frameworks such as Agile Scrum, Kanban or similar. Scrum Master experience. Knowledge and experience with other eGRC tools and interfaces, such as ServiceNow.
