Duties and Responsibilities
Business System (Oracle): leads and performs setup, invoicing, budgets baseline, and closing.
Business Data Analysis.
Cost control transactions actively leads and performs maintenance, cashflow, commitment reporting, cost variances, gross-profit margin analysis, and related monitoring. Also performs project dashboard analysis. Leads project reviews from project control perspective.
Identifies and resolves problems using standard procedures and the application of lessons learned.
Coordinate with the team the different activities corresponding to the monthly closing, review results and guarantee the correct operation.
Ensures accountability of project team members.
Provides support in regional reporting activities.
Review and provide feedback on the work of the team members and promotes cohesion within staff.
Follows up on internal administrative processes, being responsible for collaborating in the design of his team's career plan, as well as in defining and monitoring the group's objectives.
Promotes the standardization of the group's work methods to guarantee the congruence of regional processes.
Manages its relationship with the different stakeholders in the region in search of best practices that help improve and improve the efficiency of the process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or any related field
Ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally & writing, with all levels of Management
Passion for operational excellence with a commitment to delighting customer
Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. (Access and SharePoint will be a plus).
Must have excellent people skills due to interfacing with all levels of associates
