  ABOUT THE JOB:

  The Director Salesforce Architect is a skilled professional who plays a critical role in the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions. They work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, developers, and other teams to design and deliver scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce systems that align with the organization's objectives.

  WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  Solution Design:

  Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Create comprehensive architectural designs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.Technical Leadership:

  Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, Salesforce administrators, and other stakeholders. Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.Data Modeling:

  Design and manage data models, data flows, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem, including custom objects, fields, relationships, and data migration strategies.Customization and Development:

  Oversee the development of custom code, configuration, and components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.Integration:

  Architect and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, external databases) using tools like REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.Security and Compliance:

  Ensure that the Salesforce solution meets security and compliance standards, implementing role-based access controls, data encryption, and compliance with regulations like GDPR.Performance Optimization:

  Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues that may affect user experience.Documentation:

  Maintain comprehensive documentation of the Salesforce architecture, design decisions, and system configurations.Stakeholder Communication:

  Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Training and Mentoring:

  Provide training and mentorship to Salesforce administrators and developers to build a strong Salesforce team within the organization.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

  Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect.

  Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

  Strong understanding of Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices.

  Proficiency in data modeling, integration, and architecture design.

  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  Project management experience is a plus.
