This is also a good entry point for junior PMs who are not familiar with client to get oriented. Will not serve directly as a project or program manager role except for providing temporary coverage for delivery leads / program managers' duties during their PTO or OOTO. Will report to delivery leads and program managers on a dotted-line basis. Summary of Day-To-Day Responsibilities: This mid-level to Sr. PA will help lift a burden placed on the program and project leadership by: Serving in a trusted support role to the project / program manager. Interacting well with project stakeholders on an as-needed basis. Assisting delivery leads to manage program communications, artifacts, etc. This might include working directly with project financial analysis teams, performing financial tracking and analysis, working with the financials around resource planning, managing and preparing financial artifacts as directed. Project Scheduling: Able to update Microsoft Project Schedules (.mpp) as required. Updating and maintaining various Clarity PPM project records as directed. Knowing how to update Risk, Action, Issues, Decision (RAID) Log items if assigned Capturing meeting minutes, verifying content, and communicating to specified distributions. Supporting some components of monthly resource forecasting cycles. Examining variances between resource planned vs. actual hours and activities and advice PM. Ensuring that artifacts are produced/captured, reviewed, approved, and posted in SharePoint repositories as required. Communicating SharePoint artifact links to team members.
