  Day in the life

First things first make a to-do-list. Start with the hardest and most important tasks, after that everything will be a breeze. Meeting time! Ensure all project documents are regularly tracked, updated, and properly managed so all the team members have access to them. It’s important to stay organized. Going out for lunch? Make sure you deliver samples to the lab and pickup material orders on your way back. Somedays you will be assisting with claims litigation, and others you will be working closely with superintendents and project coordinators on cost tracking, project planning, scheduling, and quantities. At the end of the day, make sure everything is done because tomorrow you will have another full day on site.

At Miller, we want every employee to feel connected, where creativity and innovation thrive, and your contributions make a real impact. Our supportive and inclusive atmosphere encourages open communication, ensuring every team member feels heard and valued. With a commitment to flexibility, opportunities for professional development, and a shared passion for excellence, we are more than just colleagues – we are a community dedicated to Building Greatness together.
