Description A Signal Hill contractor is seeking an entry level accounts receivable clerk to support them through a busy invoicing season.

　　Assignment Duration: 3 to 6 weeks. Could be longer, but will not be a permanent role.

　　Duties: Processing credit card payments Code checks Contacting/working with vendors Vendor collections (email only - no calling) Assignment logistics: Fully onsite Hours: 7:30 to 4pm Software: Vista (construction mgmt software), some Microsoft Word Requirements Some accounting experience preferred Great opportunity for someone enrolled in accounting classes at 2- or 4-year schools
