　　This position will have overall responsibility to manage numerous office administration functions including the following: Granting access to JPPI Engineering and Design (E&D) SharePoint Site. Updating of Organization Chart. Updating of ICE contact numbers. Updating of Member Addresses. Providing support on Work Force Planning Tool (as a superuser). Preparation of New Hire information and photos to be mailed by TLs to PH office and selection regional managers. Sending email about work anniversary celebrants to the E&D solutions section. Creating and managing (e.g., adding the new hires, etc.) an MS Teams Group Chat that includes all E&D solutions section members. Skills Matrix Update Ownership. CV Update Reminder to the staff and Filing in SharePoint folders. One-Page Tool Kit update. Assist in the provision of site visit needs (e.g., Transport arrangements, printouts to be brought to site, PPE, etc.). OT Form submission to Finance Team

　　This position will support Philippine operations. Minimum requirements will include at least two years of administrative experience in a large company or government agency. Some college course work in business management or administration is desired.
