　　Our client is a leading global provider of mission-critical products and services to customers in the biopharma, healthcare, education & government, and advanced technologies & applied materials industries. They are searching for a Machinist Operator to join their team in Valencia, CA. Great opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 company!

　　Pay: $28-$34/hr

　　Location: Valencia, CA

　　Hours: M-F 5:30AM-2:00PM

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Program and operate CNC machines HAAS ST 20, Fadal WMC4020, and Akira-Seiki SL20.

　　Program machines by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs

　　Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans.

　　Work with Engineering and Production to optimize designs.

　　Adhere to production schedules.

　　Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls;

　　Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process and implement efficiencies when possible.

　　Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, quality and good housekeeping practices

　　Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma

　　3 years of CNC operating and programming experience

　　3 years experience with MasterCam Software - BobCad, Solid Works or equivalent CAD software

　　Strong math, problem solving and analytical skills

　　Time management skills and ability to work to deadlines

　　Team focused and open to learning new skills

　　Attention to detail
