Title: Project Accountant

　　Location: Trenton, NJ

　　Pay: $75,000-$80,000

　　A nation leading company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties

　　including but not limited to, invoice processing, 1099's Vendor Maintenance, Vendor Management, Accounts Payable, invoice processing, three way matching, reconciliations, working heavily within Microsoft Excel, Provide timely and accurate transaction processing of exception and miscellaneous items related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, auditing, quality assurance, and controls, and much more!

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　The primary responsibilities of this role will be to oversee the project accounting cycle including project set up in Deltek Vision, billing, project performance management, and contract close out by working closely with program managers

　　Responsible for monthly billing timely and accurately

　　Ensure that all the projects are set up correctly, invoices to customers are billed, and collections accurately and timely

　　Main point of contact for program managers to seek for financial support for projects

　　Responsible to track subcontractors’ expenses to pay within “pay when paid” term

　　Work closely with Finance, General Ledger team for timely and accurate monthly close

　　Ensure compliance with contracts, internal controls, and other regulatory requirements

　　Experience:

　　2+ years Accounting experience

　　Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

　　Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
