Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Programmer Analyst to join our client's team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role is central to our operations, where you will be in charge of software design and development, mastering various coding languages, and ensuring the seamless integration of applications.

Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate application programming through software design, development, test/debug, enhancement and maintenance of code, and documentation.

Percentage of Time: 90%

Perform application requirements analysis and development of software specifications.

Provide process and technical design for software development, maintenance, testing and implementation.

Analyze and effectively recommend new technologies and procedures to the Application Development Team.

Design applications with a focus on the usability and accessibility best practices (i.e., 508 compliance and web content accessibility guide [WCAG] standards)

Perform application programming, enhancement and maintenance of the code, and documentation.

Write, maintain, and optimize code/processes for best performance. G. Perform accessibility and unit testing of code/processes.

Monitor system performance

Provide support for various application platforms.

Assist with periodic maintenance activities, refreshes, patching, and upgrades.

Provide database management within applications needs. Percentage of Time: 10%

Maintain database and provide systems administration through development and modification (i.e., SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
