Core Responsibilities
As Programme and Resource Manager you will play a meaningful role in ensuring competencies and capacity are deployed efficiently against critical priorities of the One Learning Plan for the LEGO Group. We expect you to lead yourself on key priorities including:
Creating a deep understanding of capability and capacity requirements of the learning priorities and plans and assigns L&D team members to learning initiatives based on fit & availability
Design and implement an innovative process to manage the workflow of team members effectively
Analysing of utilization rates, and support effective planning balancing supply and demand of squad resources
Liaising with L&D Leadership Team to understand upcoming critical priorities and resource these according to skill and capacity
Work in collaboration with the agile L&D team leaders and build a robust approach to capability building
Day-to-day planning and project management, e.g. scoping resource need (competencies & capacity) against priorities and mapping capacity and competencies
Collaborate in the annual planning process through coordination gathering demand information across business units, consolidation of information and initial review analysis

As of 1st January 2024, we have brought our skilled and dedicated professionals together in One LEGO® Learning & Development (L&D)Team.
This move is designed to foster greater collaboration and support skills development across the organization, rather than within functional areas. This innovative approach will consist of 5 Skill Families dedicated to developing specific skills across the organisation.
You will be based out of our headquarters in Billund, in the L&D Development and Operations sub-team together with dedicated L&D Professionals who will be responsible for developing and delivering key learning initiatives to support the development within the 5 Skill Families.

You possess a positive mentality, exceptional communication and collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, leaving a lasting impression on those you engage with. Moreover, you have:
+5 years of global HR experience – ideally across subject areas and in a large, multi-national company
Proven ability in translating data into insights and storytelling to support strategic decision making
Previous experiencing in designing/selecting and implementing setup for capacity planning and resource management
Solid experience in building capabilities
Strong eye for business combined with critical thinking
Strong project/ program management experience, shaping a team’s workload
Proven experience with Agile frameworks, tools and ways of working
Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
