Program Support Level 2 – Contract Staffing
Candidate must have an active TS/SCI w/Poly
DCCA is the prime contractor for this Government program that delivers important technical solutions and products using emerging technologies for processing significantly large amounts of data. Program technical areas include commercial cloud technologies, high performance computing, and enterprise architecture. The program is tactically important to the National Security of the United States and the work on these missions are frequently recognized for their results. Our teams are always looking for the best talent who want to contribute to support our customer’s unique and mission-critical work. This is a growing, high-profile program. TS/SCI with poly required.
We are searching for a highly skilled Program Support staff to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate will be interested in developing Program Management skills and must possess the following:
· Current TS/SCI clearance w/ polygraph
· Bachelor’s degree; or Associates degree and 2 additional years’ experience; or High School diploma and 4 years additional experience
· At least 2 years of experience performing administrative tasks in one or more of the areas:
o Staffing
o Program resource management (funding, forecasting, de-obligations)
o OCI/NDAs
o Training and certification tracking
o Coordination with COR and COR-Ts for travel and data call responses
o Resource Management
o Program/Project Management
Program Management Support staff handle a variety of direct-chargeable, overall program support activities: administration, staffing, procurement, property management, CDRLs, security actions, ITAR, training and certification tracking, program resource management (funding, forecasting, de-obligations), coordination with COR and CO of contract modifications, travel planning, and delegated authority when the Contract Program Manager (CPM) is unavailable.
The position will entail working with the CPM and Deputy Program Manager to manage the overall staffing of the program. This will include coordination with subcontractors, candidates, and technical lead staff, and will require the management of staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Demonstrated experience supporting staffing activities and/or recruiting experience
· Must be very detail oriented
· Must have exceptional customer relationship skills
DESIRED SKILLS:
· Strong written and verbal skills to support documentation and customer interface
· Experience managing personnel to include professional development of staff
· Exceptional MS Excel skills needed
EDUCATION:
· A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is desired but not required for this position
