  This all-encompassing role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program. Duties include, but not limited to:

  Implementation and coordination of the team’s operation to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

  Responsible for ensuring that all organizational, departmental, and programmatic goals are completed efficiently and effectively.

  Responsible for daily planning, medication management and documentation, training as needed, staff scheduling, maintaining staff to client ratios, FTE management and overtime prevention.

  Directly responsible for program compliance on a daily basis.

  Assists with hiring, performance management, corrective action, and during any period of staff shortage.

  Attends/ensures staff attendance at intake meetings and shift reports, and communicates pertinent admissions information to all staff.

  Assures compliance with campus as well as community procedures.

  On-call duties as scheduled.

  As a Program Supervisor at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need.

  We are excited to announce we have broken ground on a brand new campus! Due to Devereux Georgia's history of success in treating victims since 2009, the state has chosen to use Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health for their newly approved treatment program. The 24-bed program is a Child Caring Institution (Group Home) for victimized females between the ages of 12 and 17. Our new Child Caring Institution campus is located near the Gwinnett County Police Headquarters on Hi Hope Road.

  Qualifications

  Be at least 21 years of age

  Must possess and maintain valid driver's license

  Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services or related field

  Three (3) years of human service experience required.

  At least one (1) year of supervisory experience required.
