As the Program Manager for Flex Launch Integration, you will plan and execute ahead of sites launching in a dedicated business. To achieve your goals, you will work with functions that cut across the organization; including planning, capacity, marketing, and business partners. You will identify defects or opportunities for improvement in our processes, and drive new processes and automation to eliminate the defects and more effectively communicate risks and opportunities in the launch space.Key job responsibilitiesWork closely with pricing, marketing, capacity management, planning, business partners, and configuration teams on all new site/program launches.Support new station and program launches including working with other programs and product management team leaders that wish to leverage Flex as a last mile solution.Make difficult resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.Communicate effectively to all stakeholders as to the status of a launchFacilitate continuous improvement for pre-launch processesWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USA | Nashville, TN, USA- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedulesOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
