Description LSS Aspen Center, which offers bothmedically monitored inpatient residential care as well as transitionalresidential treatment, is currently seeking a Program Supervisor -Residential Treatment to join the Aspen leadership team as aCo-Supervisor. Aspen Center is a comprehensive substance abuse disordertreatment facility in Waukesha, WI committed to helping residents moveinto sustainable recovery. Services include a full range of DHS 75 andDHS 83 license requirements and include a trauma informed approach, withgender specific services for men. Our beautiful facility provides anenvironment that, combined with the passion for the SUD field of ourteam members, allows residents to experience meaningful change and hope.This role would share the day-to-day responsibilities of the program toinclude program operations, direct supervision of staff, ensuring bestpractices and licensing/contractual requirements are met.
