Reporting to the Sr, Program Officer for Matching Grant, the Program Specialist for Matching Grant will support the work of the Matching Grant (MG) team to fulfill the contractual requirements of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). This work will be carried out through data tracking, analysis and management, reporting, and management of Global Refuge systems. The Program Specialist will work closely with the MG unit to ensure data and outcomes are collected and used to inform programmatic decisions.

Organize training and technical assistance opportunities for the Global Refuge MG network within Smartsheet, the Global Refuge extranet, zoom, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Regularly complete data entry; Assist with tracking, analysis of network-wide data, and reporting of outcomes.
Support the maintenance of the MG space on the Global Refuge extranet with current tools, updated forms, and resources.
Support the MG team with the dissemination of resources to the Global Refuge network.
Aid the MG team in oversight of the MG support inbox.
Manage contact and distribution lists.
Support unit activities, including annual conferences and network-wide training.
Assist with technical assistance to the Global Refuge network, monitoring, and evaluation for MG.
Work collaboratively across teams and units.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree in human services, business, international affairs, or other studies relevant to non-profit workforce development work and/or at least 1-3 years of experience in non-profit social service or workforce development programs.
Experience working with refugee/immigrant employment programs, such as Matching Grant or Refugee Social Services Program, is strongly preferred.
Experience evaluating and addressing refugee/immigrant barriers to economic self-sufficiency.
Ability to write and edit reports and clearly interpret technical requirements.
Ability to establish effective relationships with colleagues and partners.
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge in database management and other computer applications; experience with SharePoint preferred. This position will require managing several web-based platforms, including a Global Refuge extranet website: graphic design skills are a plus.
