RISE stands for Rapid & Immersive Skill Enhancement, and is designed to enhance employability, as well digitalize the SME landscape in Singapore, by building high-demand business and tech skills. Created by BCG U, RISE leverages BCG's industry experts to deliver cutting edge content and experience to its participants.
RISE is looking to bring on board a Program Specialist (Content) for RISE 2.0 and RISE for Business. As a Program Specialist (Content) within BCG U, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success by managing key aspects related to content operations for select specializations of our RISE 2.0 and RISE for Business programs. Your primary responsibilities will include Program & Content Operations, Content Development, Event Management, Feedback Collection & Data Analysis
Program Content Operations
• Initiate and oversee program content operations to ensure timely execution and learner experience. Facilitate seamless communication with trainers to optimize their availability and expertly manage time block scheduling
• Monitor the effectiveness of content operations process, and proactively make recommendations for improvements
• Liaise with new trainers and industry partners to be actively involved in as part of content development and execution efforts
Event Management
• Support coordination and execution of in-person classes and workshops in collaboration with internal support staff.
• Manage class logistics, including venue selection, catering coordination, trainer and content preparation and participant engagement.
Content Development
• Collaborate with Content Leads to shape and refine content, ensuring alignment with objectives and current trends/data.
Feedback Collection & Data Analysis
• Analyze program survey data to draw out key insights and trends.
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvements in our programs based on data analysis.
• Prepare and present reports to guide strategic decisions.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Utilizing communication skills for effective coordination with trainers, learners, teaching assistants and other stakeholders
• Possessing a strategic orientation and an eagerness to contribute innovative ideas for program revamp and iteration
• Employing problem-solving skills for quick fixes to content and logistical issues
• Maintaining a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in document reviews and updates
• Efficiently multiple tasks to contribute to the success of learning operations and events
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Have a business bachelor degree in business, HR, or other related fields, with 1+ year work experience at an IHL, ATO or L&D departments.
• Ability to make independent decisions within existing guidelines
• Be strong in problem solving, execution and comfortable with fragmentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate presence and maturity even in stressful situations
• Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be working closely with the BCG U leadership team, the RISE 2.0 & RISE for Business Content Leads, and the broader Content teams from other RISE streams.
