Program Manager (Program Executive Group)Job LocationsUS-OH-WPAFBID2023-7593CategoryOtherTypeRegular Full-TimeOverviewCredence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Program Manager (Program Executive Group) in support of the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.ResponsibilitiesAssist CROWS leadership in the management of projects/programs within cost, schedule, and performance baselines.Collaborate with CROWS management, team leads, program office representatives, and extended team to prepare for periodic working group meetings and leadership/strategic meetings.Assist with DoD and DAF program/project analysis including the planning and organizing of program/project activities.Assist with reviewing and establishing policies and guidance.Work with team leads, cyber focus teams, and team members to update action plans with current required actions or prioritizations.Maintain the five-year budget and schedules and ensure consistency with the CROWS action plans.Assist in development of strategic briefings to be presented to senior leaders including AFLCMC/CC, SAF/AQ, AFLCMC/FM, and CROWS leadership.Plan and support telecommunications and meetings with internal and external organizations.Support CROWS leadership with management of the CROWS requirements management process flow.Manage CROWS monthly activity reports, year-in-review reports, history reports, quad charts, and other reports.Manage the CROWS workflow box.Prepare, review, and update CROWS operating instructions.Maintain CROWS action items tracker for key meetings.Support CROWS meetings and tracking action items from meetings.Maintain lessons learned documentation to ensure continuous improvement.Provide support to CROWS leadership when requested.QualificationsClearance: Top SecretMA/MS and ten (10) years relevant work experience orBA/BS and twelve (12) years relevant work experience orFifteen (15) years relevant work experienceSpecialized Knowledge and Experience Required:Experience in USAF weapon systems acquisitions.Senior executive briefing experience.Project management certification or training.Need help finding the right job?We can recommend jobs specifically for you!Click here to get started.Credence Management Solutions, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
