Job Description: Work with irrigation, hay production, fencing,animals, and service and maintain vehicles and equipment. Irrigation:change dams, move, assemble, and adjust pipe and headgates for waterflow. Grease, fuel, and clean all farm vehicles and equipment. Rake,stack, tarp hay. Position and handle small bales. Replace fence posts,stays, wire, and general repairs. Feed, water, supply mineralsupplements for farm animals. Check animals for any illness or injuries. Applymedicine or care as needed. Herd and move animals. Work in shop and serviceequipment. Monday - Saturday/ 8 hours per day. Actual hour may vary due toweather, time of year and requirements of livestock production. 　　Job Requirements: Must possess at least 6 months of experience in the joboffered or a closely related position including experience working with andcaring for livestock, riding and handling horses; vaccinating,castrating, branding livestock; building and maintaining fences and farmstructures; and living/working alone in isolated areas for extendedperiods in rainy/snowy/cold/hot climates with extreme temperatures.Housing will be provided on premises. Must be able to lift 50-80 pounds.
