  We are seeking to hire a Program Manager of Nursing Clinical Experiences !

  As a Program Manager of Nursing Clinical Experiences at Saint Alphonsus, you would provide oversight for the planning, development, implementation, administration, and evaluation of the pre-licensure nursing clinical experiences program, a program supports nursing recruitment and career development of pre-licensed students across various clinics and hospitals. You would ensure that established objectives are developed, communicated and executed successfully including a nurse apprentice program that focuses on strategic and tactical plans. In addition to the responsibility of program oversight and student supervision this position promotes an integrative approach to patient care, research and community education, as well as supporting and leading outreach efforts with the Talent and Acquisition team in the community. You would be responsible for the program’s overall performance, which includes the collection and measurement of applicable Trinity and national indicators.

  General Requirements:

  Must possess a comprehensive clinical knowledge of student clinical experiences, program development, and school education programs as normally obtained through five years of experience in variety of healthcare settings with supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in nursing required. Master's degree preferred.License/Certification:

  Licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse. Must provide licensure or proof of application in process for Oregon within 6 months of hire.

  Must maintain appropriate continuing education annually specific to topics related to assigned specialty, program management, behavior change, and self-management strategies.

  American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required
