Job Description

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are seeking a dynamic and skilledProgram Managerto join Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in a multifaceted role that combines program development, global health, international collaboration knowledge exchange, and financial oversight and reporting. This position plays a pivotal role in leading the SNF MSK Kids Global Pediatric Cancer Program, driving critical projects and ensuring sustainability. The ideal candidate will be a strategic manager, responsible for directing operational initiatives, driving strategic program growth, and developing and maintaining relationships with diverse partners. This role requires demonstrated organizational skills, a consistent track record in program development, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency with tracking and reporting tools to meet milestones and drive key initiatives to success.

Role Overview:

Direct operational initiatives and drive strategic program growth

Implement program activities leveraging cross-functional teams

Maintain relationships with local collaborators, international partners, and major supporters

Oversee data and financial reporting requirements

Key Qualifications:

Expertise in strategic program development and leading complex reporting and regulatory requirements

Consistent record of developing and championing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to work with diverse teams

Excellent communication skills to cultivate collaboration amongst clinical, research, and academic professionals

Core Skills:

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple complex tasks simultaneously

Financial analysis and budget management

Project coordination and staff supervision

General administrative office management, facilitating meetings and effective correspondence

Location: 1275 York Avenue, NYC

Schedule: 37.5 hrs, Monday - Friday

Reporting to: Director, Hospital Administration, Pediatrics

Pay Range:$98,500.00-$157,600.00.
