　　Position Overview

　　Program Manager is a role that focuses on managing all the tasks related to project and product delivery. The Program Manager does it by adopting best practices, implementing good processes, building relationships, creating and developing strong collaboration.

　　Responsibilities

　　You will work closely with product managers, architects, design teams, and engineering teams to drive the planning and implementation of initiatives.

　　Owns all activities related to project management from planning through execution, status reporting, project meetings, dependency management, risk analysis, schedule, and escalations to the leadership team

　　Plans and leads weekly tactical meetings, monthly strategic meetings, and quarterly off-sites for their leadership group

　　Creates and manages the team calendar for the leadership team

　　Interfaces and builds the necessary collaborations with functional and business groups, project teams, and other stakeholders to achieve strategic alignment, effectively track dependencies, and resolve issues

　　Onboarding of new leaders to get them acclimated to the team quickly

　　Monitor communication across various channels and step in to drive clarity and to consolidate discussions

　　Leads communication efforts at all levels to keep stakeholders informed and aligned

　　You will bridge gaps in execution plans and enforces accountability and responsibility with initiative owners

　　Anticipates and removes obstacles that slow down or prevent teams from delivering

　　Implements processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement

　　Works effectively with geo-dispersed organizations, and ensures a strong, team-oriented working relationship

　　Promotes a culture of continuous improvement.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　5 years' experience in Planning & Resource management

　　Facilitation

　　Risk management

　　Dependency management

　　Impediment removal

　　Conflict resolution

　　Stakeholder management

　　Agile/Lean Mindset

　　Leadership & Effective Communication

　　Deep understanding of Business Goals

　　General understanding of Manufacturing & PLM/PDM Industry
