  Position Overview

  Autodesk is disrupting the Product Development and Manufacturing Industry with Fusion, the only cloud-based solution that offers a complete workflow integrating conceptual design, engineering, and manufacturing. You will report to the Senior Manager of Fusion 360, NAMER and work in the Costa Rica office hybrid/remote.

  The Fusion business is growing rapidly, and we are expanding our team to accelerate growth in the manufacturing markets in Latin America. We are looking for high-energy sales manager who demonstrates hunger and drive, and who is passionate about being part of something new and exciting. We are a fast-paced team passionate about how Fusion can Impact customer workflows and productivity, and positively change the manufacturing industry.

  As the Fusion 360 Inside Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and Business Development Reps, to drive Fusion 360 business growth in LATAM and supporting growth in NAMER. In addition to leading the team, you will meet with strategic customers, seek-out and engage-in business development opportunities as the main face for Fusion in LATAM.

  You will work closely with Fusion 360 marketing and operations to develop high quality lead sources, ensure proper routing to your team, and ensure that they are being actively worked and qualified into opportunities. Your team will include multiple job roles and you will ensure excellent collaboration and teamwork to create a best in class customer engagement cycle.

  Responsibilities

  Hire, On-board, manage and coach a team of Fusion BDRs & Fusion Account Executives

  Manage the team’s pipeline and forecast for Fusion Base & Extensions

  Forecast your quarterly and yearly forecast to the Fusion 360 Sales Director

  Motivate individuals to exceed objectives through inspiring mission-driven leadership, and by creating a purposeful and inclusive work environment

  Drive daily accountability to KPIs, pipeline and opportunity hygiene, Sales tools usage, and best in class customer engagement

  Achieve quarterly goals and yearly quotas to drive aggressive sales growth

  Develop and deliver best in class content, training, and coaching programs for continual up-levelling of team members

  Collaborate with other sales leaders in AMER Hubs to ensure your team is working cohesively with the other sales teams

  Coordinate with marketing to develop high quality lead generation tactics and ensure proper routing

  Organize localization of sales email sequences, marketing content and campaigns

  Seek-out and engage-in Business Development opportunities, to fuel fusion growth in LATAM

  Operate as site leader within our San Jose HUB for all Fusion and Prodsmart employees

  Minimum Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

  3-5 Years of software sales experience

  1-3 Years of leadership experience

  Experience with SFDC, Gong, Outreach, VoIP, PowerPoint

  Fluent English and Spanish, Portuguese beneficial
