This role focuses on three key areas: Enhanced Staff Management and Training, Workflow Coordination, and Staff and Program Audits to meet contractual, legal, and Salvation Army standards. While primarily operating during business hours, flexibility is required for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate program and client needs.This position is full-time, exempt, and located in Seattle, Washington.Pay Rate: $67,724.80/yearDuties & ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage client services sub-department, including case management and care coordination.Supervise intakes, assessments, and planning, collaborating with Mental Health Specialists.Coordinate Case Manager Assistant duties, lead weekly case conferences, and monitor outcomes.Ensure compliance with contracts and grants, enhancing data entry.Maintain relations with service organizations, respond to crisis calls, and represent Salvation Army positively.Stay updated on housing regulations and draft policies under the Department Director's guidance.Assist in staff orientation and training, collaborate internally, and manage physical files with scheduled audits.Generate corrective action plans based on performance reports.Prepare correspondence in line with Salvation Army procedures.Education & ExperienceAA/BA in Social Work or related field; orMinimum 2 years of experience in 3 or more of the following fields: human services, staff supervision and/or finance, crisis, and case management.Required Skills & AbilitiesMicrosoft Office Software, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePointWorking knowledge of integrated database applications and ability to use new software programs with basic trainingSSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery trained and certified
