Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services. *Job Summary* Manages the Vocational Services department to ensure that a high quality, cost-effective product or service is delivered by the department in support of the hospital's strategic plan, and the function's goals and objectives * Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree and/or appropriate certification preferred. * Experience managing and developing employees. * Specialization in function and/or specific work experience typically required. * Strong communications skills required - both written and verbal.
