Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager in Denver, Colorado. The role primarily involves operational strategy at the program level, connecting account objectives with project management goals while improving operational efficiency and collaboration. This position is in the marketing and creative services industry and involves managing cross-functional program teams and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Act as an operational strategist, connecting account objectives with project management goals to improve operational efficiency and customer success.
• Foster solid and collaborative relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional level of customer experience.
• Lead and guide cross-functional program teams, managing, training, and fostering collaboration across various team members.
• Proactively identify opportunities, strengths, risks, and threats for allocated accounts.
• Uphold and protect the company’s goals and values in all internal and external interactions.
• Manage and guide Project Managers, enhancing cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee the planning and management of complex marketing localization projects across a range of creative and digital content types.
• Demonstrate commercial management expertise, with a focus on forecasting, financial planning, and quoting.
• Coordinate, liaise, and collaborate with a number of internal stakeholders and freelancers.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and client care.
• Utilize knowledge of g-suite, office, media, CAT, and industry workflow management tools such as Smartling and Crowdin. Requirements • Proficiency in managing brand awareness strategies and campaigns
• Demonstrated experience in campaign planning and execution
• Ability to manage and oversee project deliverables
• Strong background in project management methodologies and practices
• Experience in localization processes and strategies
• Familiarity with the B2B environment and marketing strategies
• Proven ability to enhance customer experience and service quality
• Expertise in account and asset management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
