About Program Manager

  Ecolab is seeking aProgram Manager- Globalto join its industry-leading Nalco Water Paper division. Reporting to the SVP, Assistant Vice President- Corporate Accounts, you will lead projects of over $50MM+ focused on water or energy reduction, driving operational efficiencies, and other Ecolab innovations. The Program Manager will select, oversee, and direct the project team(s) comprised of internal and external stakeholders. The Program Manager will have project governance, oversight, scope, economics, and resourcing across multiple projects and work streams. The person in this role will lead negotiations with internal and external Stakeholders and develop strategies to take advantage of the business opportunities. What You Will Do Manage vendor relationships Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as risk identification, project scope, and resource allocation. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions. Participates in budget development and evaluating how project plan changes impact cost and schedule. Provides timely key insights and stakeholder status updates Directs other Program Managers, Analysts, and other stakeholders as required. Manages a portfolio of projects/programs as part of a larger program across different areas. Develop the timeline and project plan for program implementation for assigned enterprise accounts with subject matter experts. Execute the project scope based on the agreed scope of work for the assessments across assigned enterprise customers. Communicate and report progress updates to all internal and customer stakeholders. Manage the budget Execute the program solution deployment across assigned enterprise accounts within a global matrix team. Work cross-functionally to develop customer-specific contract documents for assigned enterprise accounts. Directly manage a cross-functional team to execute project solutions. Track project implementation and report progress to stakeholders and executive leadership Understand the value of company programs to the customer and promote this value to the external and internal stakeholders. #LI-Remote Minimum Qualifications Fluent in English Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or Operations / Supply Chain Management 10+ years of experience in LSS, Finance, or Supply Chain Management 4+ years of experience managing a global portfolio of cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders 2+ years of experience leading direct reports Ability to travel up to 25% Green/ Black belt certification No immigration sponsorship available for this position Preferred Experience 3+ years of experience in an industrial environment Master Blackbelt Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent qualification The salary range below represents the low and high-end of the range for this position.
