Project Overview:
Responsible for oversight and coordination with multiple Tech ProjectManagers on high visibility projects while escalating and communicatingrisks and issues with mitigation plans to project stakeholders.
Contractor\'s Role:
The Information Technology Program Manager will work closely with TechProject Managers on high visibility projects within the Platform andOperations group. A key area of focus will be to serve as a liaisonbetween the application partners and technical partners to engage andcommunicate objectives of assigned projects.
Experience Level: 3
Qualifications (must haves):
Organized with attention to detail
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
Thorough understanding of information technology procedures andpractices
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timelymanner
Nice to Have:
Experience with Scrum /Agile Methodology
PMP Certification
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Oversees several high visibility projects within the Platform andOperations group
Manages assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, andscope of project
Works with Project Managers to ensure cross-business communication isclear and effective
Ensures all resources required are identified, assigned and engaged aseach project mandates
Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing statusupdates to affected staff and stakeholders
Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed toprepare project status reports
Responsible for escalating risks/issues as well as communicatingmitigation plans
