　　Team Overview

　　The right candidate will be invited to join the Savannah Plant team and continue a legacy of over 50 years of successful operations in this location. We operate two production lines that produce rolled roofing products for both commercial and residential applications.

　　Summary

　　We are looking for a Sr. Maintenance Specialist (Planner) who will be responsible for the short and long term scheduling of all maintenance activities. The position balances priorities, manpower, material, and equipment availability to develop department and individual work schedules

　　Essential Duties

　　Prepare daily work schedules for the Maintenance Supervisor, and up to 15 - 30 Maintenance Technicians. Lead the scheduling of down day and non-down day maintenance work.

　　Developdetailedjobplansincludingthelabor(typeandquantity),materials,tools, workproceduresforrepairs,alterations,andpreventativemaintenancetofacilities and equipment to meet the objectives of the work request

　　Manage and maintain the Work Flow process (work identifications, planning, scheduling, execution, and auditing.

　　Direct Hourly Planner or Storeroom Attendant

　　Set-upandmaintainanyPreventativeMaintenanceworkorderestablishedinMaximo

　　Responsible for developing cost estimates, tracking spending vs. budget, and performance KPIs for Maintenance.

　　Maximo Systems Administration including providing plant support and training, updating equipment hierarchies, PM generation, and Generates performance reports.

　　Capital request preparation, installation, start-up/checkout/debugging, and cost controls of assigned projects.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Under This Roof, We Require

　　High School diploma or GED

　　A minimum of three years of experience in a maintenance department that utilizes good planning and scheduling techniques with another two years in some type of leadership/planning role.

　　Knowledgeofpredictivemaintenancetechnologies(vibration,oilanalysis,I/R thermography).

　　Exposure to critical path analysis will be a plus.

　　Technical knowledge/skills (entry, intermediate, advanced)

　　A working knowledge of CMMS/Project Management software.

　　Understanding of how maintenance works; time, materials, people, tools, etc.

　　Intermediate proficiency in Gsuite

　　Intermediate proficiency using root cause analysis to troubleshoot and solve problems

　　Intermediate proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting machine systems

　　KnowledgeofvariablefrequencydrivesandAC&DCdrives

　　Knowledge of rotating equipment, machine design, bearings and lubrication

　　Ability to read blueprints, schematics, shop drawings, and sketches

　　Familiarwith standardmanufacturing concepts, practices,and procedure

　　Demonstrated experience developing, prioritizing and executing plans to deliver results and achieve operating objectives.

　　General knowledge/skills (entry, intermediate, advanced)
