As a program manager, you will be responsible for managing matured and start-up programs working closely with the customer. This role will be responsible for Business Excellence aspects of Delivery: Revenue, Contribution Margin, Resource Management, Cost Optimization of the team etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Should be able to develop new service lines for the customer requirements.
Building the team
Provide solution/strategy
Continuous improvement
Manage profitability, CM, Revenue and Yield
Manage Project / Program delivery as per plan by working with Project managers/ Technical Managers
Conduct internal review meetings
Responsible for Planning Mega hiring drives
Should work with different teams within the Customer organization and collaborate to deliver projects with stringent timelines.
Responsible for implementing digital solutions to automate / improve the execution methodology
Resource Management
Attrition management
Grooming leaders
Proactive Hiring for pipeline projects
Responsible for preparing Proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI)
Own / conduct status review meetings with customer
Responsible for employee engagement
TED / Six sigma – Identifying and bringing to closure
Support sales campaigns
Cross Sell / Up Sell
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Added Advantage with experience in Oil & Gas Asset Management services
Good to have experience in Oil & Gas
Good to have a PMP certification
Experience in managing 100+ member team
Experience in owning mega walk-in drives to hire people in mass
