Job Overview
As the Electric Drive Truck Technical Service Representative, you will effectively communicate/liaise between Product Support, Product Engineering and Komatsu Service Centers to assist with truck assemblies, commissioning and technical support.
Key Job Responsibilities
Support Komatsu mining products across the U.S. service network.Lead and assist with new equipment assembly and commissioning across the U.S.Provide high level technical support and development of junior techniciansTroubleshoot high level technical issuesPrepare clear and concise service reports relating to services performedSupport Autonomous mining projects across U.S.Extensive travel across North AmericaOperate and maintain company issued vehicle according to company fleet policyQualifications/Requirements
10+ years of related industry experience. 8+ years of product level experienceAdvanced understanding of technical specification, blueprint and schematic readingStrong commitment to safetyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage product issue campaigns and product level teams/groupsAbility to prepare formal reports usable by all facets of the organizationAdvanced understanding of technical specification, blueprint and schematic readingAbility to lead and conduct repairs in field with maintenance and repair personnelAbility to collect and analyze data.
