Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Temple, GA.Summary:The Program Manager will facilitate the workflow in an Agile environment, guiding the progression from product idea through design-build-test-operate for intricate, customer-focused, and business-critical applications. The candidate will utilize superior program management techniques in deploying cutting-edge technologies throughout the process.

　　Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Analysis, or possess equivalent experience

　　Demonstrate over 12 years of project management experience, including 5 years of managing enterprise projects

　　Accumulate 8 years of management experience, influencing large cross-functional/cross-regional teams on major organizational projects

　　Bring 5 years of experience managing programs with budgets exceeding $50M, characterized as highly complex and often extended in duration with multiple implementations

　　Exhibit 5 years of experience with agile methodology

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
