Job Description

　　One of the largest distribution companies in the world is seeking a remote Cybersecurity Architect to join their global cyber security team. This candidate will be guiding, assessing and documenting design of secure solutions and services within different teams throughout the organization. 60% of this person time will be consumed with architectural review processes and the other 40% will be design and implementation of security solutions. Serving as subject matter expert and central point of contact for cyber security, this person will prepare and maintain technical user guides, SOPs, security architecture documentation and diagrams. They will also analyze, document, and present findings and proposed solutions. This is an agile environment so this person must participate in meetings and provide recommendations and strategies for ensuring remediation of gap and deficiencies as projects develop as well as stay apprised of all projects and new controls defined by Internal Audit, and present new applications and process areas likely to require controls to management.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　10+ years' overall experience in IT with around 3 years as architect involved with security engineering and architecture

　　Experience with the development and design of cloud architecture, roadmap, and solutions

　　Previous experience in large global enterprise environment

　　Experience with Network Based Security Solutions: IPS/IDS and encryption for data in rest/data in motion

　　Security Certification (CISSP, CEH, MCSE, GIAC, etc..)

　　Experience with DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and Firewalls null
