Description

　　SAIC has a job opportunity for a Senior Program Manager in the National Capital Region to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO). SAIC will provide analytic and program management support, and developing contract reports and other deliverables.

　　• Provide management, direction, and leadership over a team of 55+ employees and subcontractors providing Project Management, Data Analysis, Reporting and Forecasting services for a large, diverse, program portfolio.

　　• Perform as the primary customer interface for Government leadership for technical and business matters, information sharing, and basic problem resolution.

　　• Interfaces daily with Government client executives, program managers, and mission operator stakeholders to understand and execute customer mission priorities.

　　Jointly develop and execute strategic vision for a complex organization balancing strategic and tactical priorities.

　　• Understands and advocates for the customer’s mission.

　　Effectively engages and interacts with company support organizations (e.g., finance, contracts, HR) to maintain delivery excellence. Effectively manages to customer and company financial objectives.

　　• Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. Identifies and analyzes minor variances and recommends corrective actions.

　　• Ensure compliance with delivery schedules and quality standards and escalate challenges to leadership.

　　Qualifications

　　10 years of experience

　　MA/MS degree

　　Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.

　　Oversees the efforts of less senior staff and responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

　　Desired:

　　· Knowledge of ICE and Federal Law Enforcement Community.

　　· ITIL Foundations Certification

　　· PMP Certification

　　· Risk Management

　　Experience with ISO-2000 or equivalent

　　Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
