The Curriculum AI Design Lead will drive the development of innovative eLearning content, harnessing the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. You will strategize and direct end-to-end learning solutions, collaborating closely with NetSuite product teams, Education Services, and key stakeholders, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of education within the NetSuite ecosystem.

This role requires a visionary individual who can align AI in learning with business objectives, creating captivating content that caters to the diverse needs of our users. By leveraging Scrum methodologies and advanced technologies, you will experiment with cutting-edge solutions, while also ensuring alignment with the latest NetSuite offerings and industry trends.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Strategize and steer end-to-end learning solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product, education services, and key stakeholders

Provide visionary curriculum direction, incorporating the latest NetSuite offerings, AI technologies, and industry trends

Lead the creation of captivating eLearning content, leveraging Scrum methodologies as a Product Owner, and enhancing learner engagement with AI outputs such as natural language processing

Innovate and experiment with technologies and tools to deliver immersive training experiences

Work in tandem with the Education Services team to develop comprehensive solutions for NetSuite users

Stay up-to-date with new NetSuite product releases, updates, and roadmaps

Drive continuous growth and improvement, tackling significant challenges in an agile and uncertain environment

Manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, and monitoring risks, while also fostering relationships with product teams and stakeholders

Interpret AI outputs and leverage data-driven approaches to personalize and enhance learning journeys

Preferred Qualifications:

Stakeholder management expertise with the ability to work across global teams

Proven success in overseeing complex projects, managing deadlines, and tracking milestones

Experience with AI outputs and their application to learning content development

Background in eLearning or online training, preferably in the tech space, with an understanding of cloud-based platforms, SaaS products, or enterprise software

Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to mentor content development teams

Data analysis skills to identify trends and personalize content delivery, using learner feedback and other insights

Ability to align AI and learning with business objectives, demonstrating a clear return on investment

Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex AI and learning concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with Scrum methodology and the Product Owner role

Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in the Articulate 360 suite

A minimum of 5 years of eLearning content creation experience, with a focus on AI-enhanced learner experiences

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification in Instructional Design, or a related field

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. Bachelor*s Degree in Computer Science or Instructional Design. Four years adult education experience (as teacher or curriculum developer). Ten years technical or professional experience using Oracle products or related software. Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge and experience. Knowledge of XML, Java, and J2EE technologies. Experience with Oracle18c or higher Database administration. Knowledge of Oracle18c or higher Application server.

This job requires proficiency in the English language.
