This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in MARENGO, Iowa.

Work Environment

This is a large warehouse environment. It gets very cold in the winter, so candidates must dress warmer. It is temperature controlled in the summer. There are about 25 total employees, and the environment is very fast-paced. You must be able to operate the forklift in tight spaces. The first shift runs Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm with a half-hour paid lunch break. Natural breaks occur throughout the day. Saturdays from 7:00am-11:00am are required during the busy season (October-March), with the expectation of working at least half or every other Saturday. The dress code includes jeans, steel-toe shoes, and a safety vest or neon-colored shirt (to be purchased prior to starting).
