The Collaborative's efforts are directed by a faculty steering committeecomprised of faculty from the four schools. The Collaborative is part ofDU's Strategic Health Initiative, which connects, activates, andsupports collaboration for research and learning to advance health andwellness. The Strategic Health Initiative is part of the Office for PublicGood Strategy and Research.
Position Summary
This is a 2-year temporary Program Coordinator position that has the potentialto be renewed if external funds are secured.
Essential Functions
Facilitate cross-unit programming to advance community-engaged collaborationfor mental health and wellness.
Oversee planning and assist with implementing community-university events toadvance with the Faculty Steering Committee.
Oversee planning and assist with implementing interprofessional trainingopportunities with the Faculty Steering Committee.
Provide primary support for the Collaborative for Mental Health and Wellness
Coordinate meetings and communications with the Faculty Steering Committee.
Liaise with relevant university offices to support the Collaborative'swork, including Advancement.Serve as an initial connection point for community partners interested incollaboration to improve mental health.Design and manage communication strategies for internal and externalaudiences.With the Faculty Steering Committee, create and update specific projectplans that outline tasks, timelines, and resources to advance theCollaborative's mission.Maintain open contact channels for updates, problem-solving, andfeedback with the Faculty Steering Committee.Coordinate the evaluation of the projects success and identify areas forimprovement in future projects.

Office management skills: Ability to use computer programs such as MSWord, Excel, Qualtrics, and PowerPoint; website maintenance;excellent communication skills, both written and oral; demonstratedability to learn additional software as needed.

Undergraduate Degree, preferably in psychology, social work,counseling, or allied health field
1 year of project management experiencePreferred Qualifications
Master's Degree, preferably in psychology, social work,counseling, or allied field
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in higher educationWorking EnvironmentStandard office environment.Unexpected interruptions occur often and stress level is moderate to high.Noise level is quiet to moderate.Physical Activities
Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period of time.Occasionally required to move about the office/campus with the capabilityof transpo ting objects up to 20 lbs.Work ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
