　　NUWC, Keyport is looking for motivated candidates to fill a Program Analyst position in the Test and Evaluation Department.

　　Duties Description:  

　　You will perform evaluations, resolve problems, and carry out oversight responsibility.You will assist in developing complex or special nonrecurring reports.You will perform assignments involving application of standard policies and regulations and widely accepted methods and practices.You will assist in the preparation and dissemination of instructions and procedures for departmental preparation of budgets.You will recommend remedial action to assure compliance with budgetary program, policy and procedure.You will review incoming fund documents to ensure completeness.You will assist supervisor in the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of the department's financial condition.You will monitor financial reports and records and report significant changes to supervisor.
