We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aProgram Analystto join a leading Company located in theWashington, DCsurrounding area.

　　US Citizenship is required.

　　Must be able to obtain and maintain a position of Public Trust.

　　We are looking for a resource support skilled in organization (detail-oriented), communication, federal budget cycle, financial/budget systems such as preparing RPDs, CIT reviews, White Sheets, using SPIRE, using financial systems such as Delphi, etc, and workforce planning. We have need of someone who is an expert in Excel, pivot tables, PowerPoint, and communications. Lastly, they should be a self-starter who anticipates next steps and follows up and follows through.

　　Basic Hiring Criteria :

　　Bachelors' Degree with 20 years relevant experience, or Masters' Degree with 17 years experience

　　Minimum 7 years of FAA experience

　　Organization skills (detail oriented)

　　Communication skills (able to coordinate across customer groups/divisions)

　　Familiar with Federal budget cycle

　　Familiar with financial/budget systems such as preparing RPDs, CIT reviews, White Sheets, SPIRE, Delphi, etc

　　Familiar with workforce planning

　　Expert use in Excel (to include pivot tables) and PowerPoint

　　Must be able to interact at Senior (Director) Levels

　　PMP or DAWIA certification helpful but not required
