Trusted.SPA's Space and Intelligence Division provides multiple organizations withinthe United States Space Force and Intelligence Community with timely andobjective assessments and recommendations that integrate technical,operational, programmatic, policy and business analysis. We focus on keyclients in the space community including the US Space Force's Space SystemsCommand (USSF/SSC), one of the three designated Field Commands underthe space service branch. We work to provide integrated solutions based oninformation and communications throughout the chain of command to ensure clearand consistent analysis and recommendations that are aligned to strategic andleadership goals while still being executable by the working level technicalcoSPA has a near term need for one (1) Program Acquisition Support Managersupporting SSC at Peterson AFB in Colorado Springs, CO.
Responsibilities
The Program Acquisition Support Manager provides management, direction,administration, quality assurance support of the execution of this Task Order.Support quality and efficiency of the Task Order to include both technicalissues and business processes;Be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual orprogrammatic issues and resource limitations;Serve as a task Lead in providing strategic analysis and assessment duringexecution of programs within the portfolioSupport Source Selections efforts in development of solicitation documents tosupport Request for Proposal and Evaluation requirements, as needed;Responsible for Information Management to include but not limited todeveloping, facilitating, updating, and/or coordinating 3-letter and4-letter level organization briefings, tasks, reports, media queries,public releases, and special projects supporting the program.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Active Secret clearanceBachelor's degree in a related field, such as Logistics, Management,Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science,Technology, Engineering, or StatisticsExperience utilizing Microsoft Office SuiteDesired Qualifications:Masters degreePMP certificationSSC experienceAt SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that willattract and retain top talent.
