　　The Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago is seeking toappoint outstanding scholars to tenured positions in Economics with afocus in microeconomics, beginning in the 2024-25 academic year.

　　Qualifications

　　Applications are invited from individuals who have earned a PhD (orequivalent) in economics and have experience on the tenure-track facultyat a major research university.

　　Members of our faculty are expected to conduct original research ofexceptionally high quality, to teach effectively, and to participate inand contribute to the academic environment at the University.

　　Each candidate should submit a curriculum vitae, course evaluations fromprior teaching, at least two samples of written work, a researchstatement, and the names of five scholars willing to evaluate thecandidate\'s ability, research, and teaching.
