Engagement in theproject preconstruction process including developing bid procedures, bidreviews, vendor & subcontractor qualifications, estimating, andscheduling. Management of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program andrequired commissioning processes. Proved leadership in construction riskevaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
