　　In your role, you will

　　• Provide overall engineering governance support and expertise on change management for Aerostructures Design and Engineering Operations Support for Toronto and Red Oak.

　　• Lead the performance management system including generating and evaluate new KPI and maintain existing balanced score card for Operations Engineering

　　• Establish an engineering-related governance plan and road map for processes and related tools Provide financial and Plan/Coordinate the execution of special engineering-related projects and initiatives.

　　• Act as a focal for Continuous improvement and masterplan initiatives within the Operations Engineering Team

　　• Develop a capacity planning model to improve deliverables and milestone tracking

　　• Support the Global Final Line Assembly by supporting all technical engineering related activities and expedite resolution to production line issues.

　　• Work with the Product development project team to assists with Change Management activities, including preparation of written material and presentations.

　　• Support lineside engineering change management

　　• Develop good working relationships with various departments within BA and with all suppliers.

　　• This position is based in Toronto.

　　As our ideal candidate

　　• You hold a Bachelor of Engineering Degree with 10 years or more of relevant experience. PMP certification is an asset.

　　• You have very strong organizational skills, leadership skills and senior level project experience.

　　• You have superior skills in MS Office including Access, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project. Expertise in MS Project, Power BI and SQL is an asset

　　• You have strong communication skills and presentation skills, and the ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

　　• You have experience in providing engineering support in a manufacturing environment.

　　• You have experience in project management, capacity planning and change management.

　　• You have the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.

　　• You have a logical and flexible mindset show initiative and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches.

　　• Some activities will require work outside of normal business hours.
