DescriptionPosition Overview:The Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing shipping activities which include running daily reports, creating pick tickets, schedule trucks daily and ensure orders arrive on timePosition Responsibilities:Print diagrams based on due date and priority. Schedule finished goods using open order reports.Coordinate missing units with Production Team.Prepare reports and communicate staged/shipped and open orders/missing units daily to the Production Team.Prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.Schedule trucks daily for on time pickup and delivery to customers.Oversees complete shipping activities; prioritize and plan personnel duties to ensure smooth operation.Ensure compliance with safety, security, cleanness, regulatory, and company policies.Cross train and develop shipping employees and conduct employee performance reviews.Completes all other duties as assigned.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma is required.
