Position Summary(Basic Job Function)This is a temporary or an on-call position. Provides professional support. Responsibilities may include general business, science, medical, agricultural or other professional support functions. Term: Temps can work two (2) nine (9) month terms with a week break in service in between and at the end of the second term terminate for three (3) months or switch to an on-call. On-Call allowed to work 1039 hours in any twelve (12) month period.
Unit Position SummaryFlexible weekly hours Work with youth and young adults with disabilities (e.g., intellectual or developmental, physical, or psychiatric disabilities) Serve as a clinical service provider in one-to-one, small group, and community settings Administer training and interventions in clinical and community settings Support young adults in all developing employment and independent living skillsImplement all interventions and plans developed by the clinic coordinator Collect and maintain data during all sessions Maintain confidentiality of all youth, young adults, families, and staff Participate as an active team member, attending collaboration meetings, in-service trainings, and workshops
Desired QualificationsB.S. or B.A. degree in Psychology, Disability Studies, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Special Education, Kinesiology, and other related disciplines preferred
Computer skills related to word documents, spreadsheet development, and data management
Flexible hours available (evening and weekends may be required)
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, flexible environment
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative setting
Verbal and written communication skills
