　　We are looking for:

　　The next Global Skin Care R&I Manager in our Research Center based in Aubervilliers.

　　You will lead the global R&I activities in the segment and will be accountable for the Skin Care innovation delivery

　　You will manage the global competency center in Paris with the mission of developing solutions that respond to customer needs

　　We count on you for:

　　Being accountable to deliver the innovation ambition in the Skin Care segment by managing two agendas that will coexist in the daily activities:

　　1. Development: Research activity in skin activities and skin functional ingredients. Hand in hand collaboration with the Technology team to develop new chemistries, and the Open Innovation team to identify technologies worth adding to the HPC Skin Beauty portfolio (by distribution agreements, joint collaborations, or M&A). The agenda will respond to the customer needs in terms of advances in performance superiority and naturality. You will lead the program where Technology, Analytical & Skin Care Application teams will be heavily involved.

　　2. Technology Positioning: In addition to developing technologies, you will be responsible for developing skin formulation prototypes that will showcase the benefits of the ingredients. This task will require a strong skin industry understanding as in addition to developing the formulation concepts, it will require to position the technologies behind (skin actives and skin functionals) with the right value proposition / story telling. For the task, you will be required to develop very intimate collaborations with the skin care marketing team, the HPC Beauty sales workforce, and customers.

　　Research & Innovation: Daily interactions with Skin Care marketing team, Skin Care application laboratories worldwide, Novecare Technology, Analytical and Microbiology teams to progress in the Skin Care technology agenda

　　Project Execution : Daily Project Management interfacing with different stakeholders in the lifetime of projects

　　Customer Frontline: Hand in hand interactions with Skin Care Marketing manager, BDMs & Account Managers to bring innovations to customers.

　　You can count on us for:

　　Have the possibility to develop a skin care competency almost from scratch

　　Support an ambitious “technology program”, in particular the development of sustainable skin functional ingredients

　　You will bring:

　　R&D professional with 5-10 years of experience in the Skin Care industry, and is equipped with a strong technical background in skin active and skin functional ingredients. Strong knowledge on applicative testing and innovative methods to valorise specialty ingredients

　　Deep understanding of the variety of galenics used in skin care and the market offering

　　The job will require a strong understanding of the skin care industry, excellent customer interfacing skills, and flexibility to travel

　　Hold significant formulation capabilities to develop prototypes, interact with customers, develop skin performance propositions that support the positioning of the technologies in the marketplace

　　Fluent in English and French (or those wishing to develop French language skills)

　　You will get:
