　　Attorney opportunity with esteemed, global law firm!!!

　　Robert Half has partnered with a leading law firm with an international presence that is growing its already established, thriving Los Angeles office! The firm is looking for an associate attorney to join its products liability team with a focus on aviation litigation.

　　The firm is very remote flexible, with an office in Downtown Los Angeles! While the ideal associate attorney would live within commuting distance to collaborate on-site, the firm will consider fully remote California-licensed attorney candidates who live outside of Los Angeles!!

　　Responsibilities of Role

　　This attorney will manage cases involving aviation industry manufacturing through airports and airline companies.

　　This team also represents municipalities; government contractors; auto manufacturers; retailers; product manufacturers; and their insurers.

　　The ideal candidate can run a case from inception through at least pre-trial. There are opportunities to go to trial here!

　　Attend court hearings, argue motions, take depositions, attend mediation.

　　Draft motions, including with complex legal research and analysis.

　　Draft pleadings, briefs, discovery requests and interrogatories.

　　Prepare client status reports with recommendations.

　　Experience with lemon law is a plus!

　　Compensation:

　　Salary range – 175-190

　　Bonus – based on billable hours

　　Requirements

　　2+ years of litigation experience.

　　Experience with aviation, products liability, employment law, or insurance coverage (multiple roles) a plus!

　　Strong writing skills.

　　Good interpersonal skills!! This is a nice group.

　　JD from ABA accredited law school and CA Bar
