　　This job is a craft! You will be a part of the process of building custom work boots.You will be working independently, as well as working with a team.You have to enjoy working with your hands.Complete daily quota requirements.Work in a fast paced environment.80% of the time you will be in a standing position.Have the knowledge of basic tools.Hammers, pliers, nails, sanders, glues, and inks are just some of the supplies we utilize.Skills:

　　Attention to detail.Quality control.Experience with machinery and tools.Ability to follow instructions.Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy.Training Period & Qualifications:

　　Candidates must pass a 90 day qualification period at a $18.00/hour wage.Candidates must complete basic training, meet tier 2 quota, have no absences/tardiness, no policy violations, and must acquire supervisor approval.If these qualifications are met, on the 91st day of your employment your pay will be increased to $20.00/hour.Work Hours:
