　　Ferguson is currently seeking a Product Technician to join our team!

　　Responsibilities

　　Working with Silt Fence production, raw product from start to finish

　　Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and aligns with process specifications

　　Ensure the manufacture of products in planned quantities, at budgeted cost, and of desired quality

　　Some duties may include packing, wrapping, securing, or labeling containers

　　Recognize and report any problems or deficiencies in the production process to management

　　Assist with installation and qualification of production equipment

　　Support safety programs, policies and practices that foster a safe work environment

　　May assist with planning shipping from the manufacturing location

　　Work on production assembly throughout the manufacturing process

　　Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management

　　Qualifications

　　Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

　　Effectively use standard hand tools (hammer, pliers, screwdriver, etc.)

　　Forklift experience preferred

　　Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures preferred

　　Comfortable standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and/or squatting

　　Ability to carry objects up to 50 lbs by hand and perform repetitive movement

　　Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices

　　Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
